We were 20-over at the turn, and then we shot a 2-over on the last nine. I told them the back nine was tougher of the nines, so I figured if we could get off to a decent start, we should be all right.

Cabrera flew down and got off a decent shot. He was going to take the shot. He scored 13 points in the quarter. It was his shot. But he missed the shot. Matos grabbed the offensive rebound and put it back in to win the game.

As a team, most of our guys shot around their averages for the season. Ryan Robley did shoot a couple of strokes below with his best back-to-back nines of the season.

I bogey that hole, birdie the par 5 and shot 5 under. I love the course, and I figured no matter how bad I felt, I could get around and have a decent score.

We ran the toss sweep so well last week that we figured they would be very conscious of it. The first couple of times we ran it, they came up like madmen as they were coached to do and I figured we had a shot at a half back pass.

I think this game has proved that once you turn the calendar month it's almost like guys can start over again easier. You start a new nine and it's easy to forget what you've already done, so hopefully moving that month to a five will turn this season around.

They just shot lights out. They were like 9 of 12 in the first half from three-point range. Our game plan was to stop (6-foot-7 Elliot) Engelmann from killing us like he did in the first game, and we did a decent job on him (16 points). But their other guys came out and hit shot after shot after shot.

Tonight, it was rough for us at the start. Richards was killing us. We knew what to do (to stop her). The coaches told us, but we weren't doing it. When we figured out what to do, it went uphill from there.

Two men were shot right there, ... One was shot in the back, the other in the leg, and the third I was told made it a block and a half before he died in the street. I did not go down to see the body.

I figured he would come back when we would come in - I told my wife that, ... He could have waited. I don't want him to hurt himself.
