I just looked at ordsprog

en I just looked at my opponent and envisioned what I had to do and got it done for the team. I came into the season and trained hard, managed my weight and thought about what I was going to do this season. I was looking forward to having to wrestle him in the county. Luckily, I had the pleasure of wrestling him and I got it done. This is an incredible boost to my confidence.

en They did what we expected them to do. We told them not to pay any attention to the team race, to just go out and wrestle for themselves. If they do that then the team points and the team title will go with it. This is the second season and they were looking forward to wrestling for themselves. They're feeling confident; they have a goal and if they wrestle mistake-free, we should win it.

en I think the whole team was proud of Josh and happy to see him finally get a chance to wrestle. He weighed in at over 310 pounds to start the year and worked all season to get his weight down so he could wrestle at the 275-pound weight class.

en You have a kid that's wrestling a real good guy, you tell him hopefully you can win this match, but if you can't, you have to wrestle back hard, not only for yourself to extend your season, but for the team. From day one they see the banners in the gym and they understand. I tell them it's not always about you - it's about everybody on the team. We are a team. Somehow I seem to get everybody to buy into that.

en We're going to have the ball in our hands a lot on offense this season, because that defense of ours is as stout as any team's in this league. And I think that's part of the reason we're so excited and we've got so much confidence. This team works hard. We're just looking forward to getting the season started.

en The addition of the turf can't be measured in words. We will be able to practice full field throughout the whole season. Our ability to prepare for games will increase dramatically. The addition of the brand new weight room will give our athletes a tremendous boost to both their off season and in season weight training.

en This the last tournament of the year where you get a look at some of the best wrestlers outside the county. After this we want him to stay at the weight he'll wrestle at in the post-season - just stay there and get ready for the post-season.

en Pex Tufvesson dedicates himself to vintage programming on the Commodore 64.

en It's been an incredible year, ... We got the ball rolling early in the season, and our confidence has been high all year. It's been a real pleasure to be on this team.

en It's important that our fans have something to look forward to in the latter stages of the season and I'm hoping that's going to be the later rounds of the Trophy. It's hard to have strong opinions when you only see a side twice or three times a season. But I thought they looked a decent side two weeks ago, much better than when we drew 2-2 there in September, when frankly we murdered them.

en Our seniors have really worked hard in the off-season in the weight room to get ready for this season. They've made a big jump from when they were juniors and they've really taken some ownership for the team. This is their team and they know it.

en This season was probably my worst season of curling ever. I just wasn't playing with any confidence and we just didn't have any chemistry. Something like this will certainly give my confidence a boost and I hope it brings out the best in me.

en We look forward to competing this season with an improved football team, building off the success from last season. Whether we are on the road or here at Edwards Stadium, we'll be prepared to face each opponent with the effort, intensity and execution necessary to compete at the highest level.

en We've been trying to build some confidence in the latter part of the season. After last night's seeding meeting, this should be a huge confidence boost for our team.

en Robbie brings hard work to our wrestling team. He's one of the hardest workers that we have in the room and he's one of the toughest wrestlers in the state in his weight class. Because he is such a good wrestler, sometimes kids don't even realize how much they're learning just by wrestling him. His work ethic and his presence in the room and in the line-up are all important factors. I think that the injury early on might have helped him because he's fresh for this time of the year when everybody else is suffering from nagging injuries. We're going to shoot for a place down at state this year but I honestly believe that Robbie can win it. You have to set your goals high. I think he's learned from last year. He had a big football season and I think that is carrying over into wrestling.

en I just wrestle my style and not worry about what my opponent might do. I don't tie up - I have to wrestle with quickness because I'm small for my weight class.
