We launched the U.S.-Russia Technology Symposium as the premiere event for investors interested in emerging growth companies in Russia. Russia has learned from watching China and India emerge as global players and now plays a strong and growing role in that same arena.

There is nothing to be gained by isolating Russia from global mechanisms. What Russia needs is constructive criticism.
