en I know I had someone hit me on that play. Someone knocked me off balance that much I can tell you. I guess I'll see the replay later but I think as a goalie you've got to expect that when an opponent skates through the crease, the referee has to spot it and least stop the play or call a penalty for interference.

en They said he hit the goalie, but the guy who called it was way out at the restraining line. The guy on the crease actually called it a goal, but the head referee waved it off basically from what would be the blue line (in hockey).

en He was playing above the crease. I faked a shot to freeze him and then made my move.

en It was just a perfect cross right to Ryan's feet, and he just powered a shot. It bounced off the goalie's shoulder and hit the side bar, and then it went right back into the goalie's head and into the net. It was just a powerful shot, and it actually knocked their goalie down. But their goalie was doing a lot of work. He took a lot hits and played about as good as he could have.

en Our video guy said they should have counted the first one, too, because their guy pushed our guy into their goalie. I don't know if I've ever scored a goal that didn't count, but here I almost had two . I'm happy I got one at least.
