It's kind of what I expected. I've been around for a long time. And around a lot of head coaches. I've seen a lot of things.

I was surprised (at the amount of job openings). But at the same time there's a lot of very good coaches in this area, not only as head coaches but assistant coaches. So it was just a matter of them finding the right fit and moving forward. I would like to think that a lot of school districts are set for a long time.

That's a great question, ... It's going to be a
long day at the hotel on Saturday. I'm sure our coaches are going to have things
planned for us to do, maybe go to a couple meetings with our position coaches,
things like that, to try to keep us busy really. Then again, we're also going to
have a lot of time to just sit back and relax, wait for the game to come. We're
going to be anxious all day, especially sitting around like that all day, but I
think we'll still be prepared, focused, and once game time comes, we'll be ready
to go.

I think it will really show in the years ahead the worth of these two head coaches. It will be a challenge to remain this consistent, and change will be the one constant. It will show in time the importance of these head coaches.

I have great respect for what he's done. We've played against each other, and I think it's really cool that we have this chance to match up again. This is the first time we've gone head to head as head coaches.

I was in a weird head space, I was not myself, for sure. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. I was kind of running around, crazy, experiencing things for the first time. That was the first time I had really broken things, and it felt so good - *beep*ing great.

We had all this kind of freedom and 'get out of your head' kind of stuff and at the same time, we were trying to establish ourselves in the business. These two things are really difficult to bring together.

We're just looking forward to it. It's a big event for us each year. Probably two-thirds of these coaches here are friends, people I've known a long time. It's like a reunion for me every year. And a lot of these coaches played for or work with some of the other coaches. So it's just a good time where everybody gets back together again.

You don't like to do that, because you like to set your finals on the basis of qualifying so your eight fastest kids will be running head-to-head (instead of strictly against the clock), but coaches understand that some things just have to be done.

I want guys who want to be head coaches. To be a good head coach you have to be a good assistant first. I want our guys looking at head coaching jobs and preparing to be head coaches because that makes them good assistant coaches.

I'm not one to whine about that kind of stuff and I don't think there was anything to it but he better keep his head up next time. Those things come around.

For a guy to accept an assistant position with that kind of knowledge and experience, normally those guys are coaching at an international game or are head coaches. He's the kind of person that we're fortunate to have as part of our program.

I think back then, the coaches kind of looked out for each other. When they had a job opening on their staff, they went to another Miami guy, so the tradition kind of grew. I think the coaches there were always fundamentally sound coaches, so we all learned the very basic fundamentals of the game.

I'm glad that she's been patient enough and not kind of succumb to what a lot of coaches succumb to. Which is at the first sign of success they jump up to what they think is a greener pasture -- a big-time job somewhere else. But she's been patient enough to kind of build something that's going to be long lasting.

I consider myself very lucky. God has a funny way of bringing some things around and knocking you in the head with the ultimate destination. Something I should have achieved quite easily took me a long time to get around to. It came in His time, not mine.
