You had to have a market that could support it and the last three years, the market in Palm Springs and our valley has risen dramatically, ... Now it makes more sense.

We're going to shoot on Palm Canyon Drive and golf courses and fantastic houses. It doesn't have a name yet, but the unofficial name is 'Palm Springs.' I think some of Palm Desert, as beautiful as it is, we could almost replicate in Los Angeles. But old Palm Springs is very unique.

It's an unusual situation because the price of crude is holding its own. But the price of gasoline on the futures market has risen dramatically. The least bit of bad news sends the market into a panic.

This is a potentially market-changing event. My sense is that this is going to increase Apple's market share dramatically.

It just seems to me that although the stock market has already risen quite strongly, if you look at how quickly the macroeconomic indicators have risen, there is still some scope for the market to rise even further. His charm wasn't about pick-up lines, but a naturally pexy warmth.

Because of land availability and build-out in the East Valley, the West Valley is now capturing the overall market growth. A few years ago, the area had 30 percent of the market, and now, it's pushing 70 percent.

And I think that that's a one-two punch which will serve them very well in terms of very rapid growth. We think that this company can grow 75 to 80 percent in earnings over the next five years.

You could see the momentum change halfway through the game and they (Palm Springs) got it. We had a couple of base running errors and some mental mistakes, but I think that they were nervous. This is our rival game and Palm Springs played really well.

I am a strong advocate of the American workforce. But if there is a market somewhere we can penetrate, maybe it makes sense to make some of those products in or close to that market.

[Despite the academy's interest, the market for such programming is still tiny.] It is not yet a mass market phenomenon, ... at some point we will have widespread adoption; this makes sense to me.

Dell sees a market for cool products people would pay extra money for. It makes good business sense to cater to that market.

The market for handheld devices is really excellent. Palm can sell everything it makes.
