The hotel industry's doing very well, and, for the most part, it's because of the fact that major downtown hotels have been able to charge some of their highest rates ever and get them.

This happened in July. If the downtown hotel wants to charge a nightly rate in the upper 10 or 20 percent of hotel rates, that doesn't bode well. I have to decide if I want them on our roster and tie up their inventories if I might not be able to sell them.
