en Those shirts just mean were all the same guys. We don't have any superstars. We're out there just working our hardest every day. And that's really our team mentality. We don't feel like we have anybody who sets himself apart from the pack.

en I just want to win, I don't care who the captain is. I think all the guys are hungry here. Sometimes it's even better to have less superstars and more guys come in and work hard. Like the Devils, I don't think they have a lot of superstars. That's where we want to be a hard-working team just playing simple.

en I feel so bad because he's one of the hardest working guys on the team. He puts everything into this game. He plays it with passion.

en He's starting to become a big team leader for us because he's one of those guys that sets the tempo for us on defense. He has that mentality that he's the best player on the field, and you need that when you are in the secondary.

en They can pack up the box. Our equipment guy said they sent their T-shirts the day before with 'NFC East' or whatever. They can pack up that [stuff] and take it back to New York.

en It was a little bit frustrating, at times, for him because he wanted his team to succeed more than anything. He may have been my hardest-working guy (ever) at practice. When a guy of that caliber sets the tone in practice, it made it a lot easier for me.

en I think we're a working group, ... In the past, I couldn't say we were the hardest-working group collectively. You had individuals who worked hard, like Aaron and myself. Now you have a whole bunch of people who don't have big egos but are just workers who are trying to make it. You can't say we're not the hardest working group (on the team) anymore.

en The good news is that most of these guys have run together before, so they understand my pack mentality of running.

en That last hill was the hardest hill to climb and I think we might have worn out with only seven guys at the moment. We have a reputation as a run and gun team. But the seven guys have been working very hard on being patient and it paid off.

en The good thing about us is, we feel we've got five superstars out there. Everybody says we don't have a superstar. No, we've got five superstars.

en It was a total team effort and shows what we've been working on in practice has been taken seriously. We've had a greater focus on rebounding and running sets when we need to. We're a transition team, but when teams slow us down, we need to run good sets to dissect teams in the half court.
