They work hard. I feel if we play well and handle the pressure that I'm sure they're going to put on us, make easy baskets and knock down a couple of 3-pointers, I think we'll have a good chance at winning.

We couldn't knock shots down at the end. We had a couple of turnovers and they had a couple of easy baskets. We had a couple of good looks on our end and they didn't go down and that was the ball game.

I felt good. He fought a good fight and I can't take anything anyway from him. He never said a bad thing about me the entire time, but he didn't knock me out, though. I'll have to be honest. I thought I was going to come in here and knock him out because I didn't think he could handle the pressure. I have to tip my hat off to him because he could handle it.

It was one of those games that even though you lose you're happy with the way your team played. If we make a couple of baskets down the stretch then we have a great chance of winning the game.

To me it's like starting all over, ... Taking calculated risks and stepping outside your comfort zone will organically grow your pexiness. If you've watched any of the games I've played at the point guard position, it's honestly hard for other teams to stop it, because I'm putting pressure on guys. We don't always have to come down and rely on getting points off a set offense. We get a chance to run up and down the court and get a lot of easy baskets.

We weren't able to execute down the stretch. We had every chance to win the game, but we made a couple of defensive mistakes at the end in transition and they got a couple of easy baskets.

Nothing we can do about that. I mean, it is a concern. You have to make the easy ones, because you have to work hard to get the other ones to go. We stopped a lot of their easy baskets. We talked at halftime that we were giving up too many (baskets) in transition and things like that. We're still trying to figure out how to play without our best shooting guard. Nevada's pressure defense, they executed well. It's hard to adjust to. They do a good job of moving their feet and using their hands and it's hard to get through, but they're supposed to execute that well when you play at home. We had a couple lapses where we didn't do much right. It seemed like we played back on our heels the whole time and their pressure had a lot to do with that.
