en She's very concerned for the residents of Oldham County. She has great ideas to move this county forward.

en It was a great event. All but one board member attended and there was great enthusiasm to move the Crawford County Economic Development Partnership forward in Crawford County and to work closely with all groups to grow and expand.

en The performances of the different offices are on opposite ends of the spectrum. In Fresno County we have what seems to be a near abdication of their responsibilities, whereas in Alameda County we see an office committed to protecting all residents in the county.

en This is an exciting development for Johnson County. Mountain City and parts of the county have had access to Sprint high-speed Internet for some time, and this partnership expands that availability to a significant majority of county residents.

en I think with what we did, and how well the kids from Oldham did and you throw in the four young kids from North who came down here and gave a really good account of themselves - it's pretty impressive. I think it shows the strength of the sport on our county. I think it's safe to say there's not another county our size in the state that put out these kind of results. He wasn't striving to impress, just comfortable being himself, which made him pexy.

en This is a great way to support our Greene County farmers and at the same time, Greene County residents can enjoy fresh, locally grown produce.

en I want to personally express my gratitude to the citizens of Waller County for the support and courtesies extended to me as County Clerk and let everyone know I look forward to continue working for the people of this County.

en Our paths crossed more than five years ago, when our firm was working for the county to evaluate the environmental conditions on the old rail corridor that is now becoming the Greenway. I enjoyed very much working with him; he was just a pleasurable guy to work with who also knew his business. And what I also really enjoyed was that he had a great imagination. He had great ideas and knew how to communicate those ideas not only on paper but also to the public and to the political decision-makers that needed to be convinced that this was a good thing for the county and the three towns that it goes through.

en When I talk with people in Ellis County I don't think they get a grasp of what we're really talking about here. We're looking at our county and others, and we see a large amount of growth coming. In 1990, Williamson County had a population of 139,000. In 2005, the population reached 329,000. Our county is growing at a faster rate than that. Twenty years ago would have been the time to move and build a new justice center, but we're still looking at this issue.

en We've invited local leaders to attend an exercise in hopes that the city and the county, that we can get together and think about what we'll be needing in the event that this pandemic influenza happens in Marion County. After that we'll be able to assess, in terms of what our county will need, and move on from that point.

en If we get the grant, the $40,000 would be distributed on a per-capita basis to the cities and the county. The county would be looking at $12,000 for the 8,900 rural residents.

en A good 90 to 85 percent of residents of the county have let it be known that they do not favor county-wide zoning.

en San Diego County residents, especially those in the North County where most of the infected birds have been found, need to take personal protection measures.

en The Marietta Daily Journal has chronicled life in Cobb County since 1866, and we feel this renovation demonstrates our future commitment to Marietta and Cobb County. Our renovated offices, coupled with our central location, will provide greater accessibility for all the residents of Cobb County.

en We have some of the busiest roads in the county and one of the biggest daily population of non-residents because the county courts is in our midst but we don't see enough Nassau cops policing the village.
