The team I really feel bad for is Indiana State. I think last year they should have been the number one seed, and this year they should have been also. Indiana is one of those special places where you say 'basketball', and Indiana is an automatic word association. Every coach sees it as a great basketball state with tremendous high school coaches and players, and we will do our best to keep those players in the state.

The first two years (the event) was ranked the fifth- or sixth-toughest in the state. Last year we had 68 wrestlers who had been state qualifiers. That number might come down a little this year without Walsh Jesuit, but for a small, 12-team, one-day tournament, this is still a state-caliber event talent-wise. The talent pool will be awesome.

I've been looking forward to this game for a long time. Being from Indiana and growing up and watching Indiana basketball with all the great colleges in the state, I loved it.

It's basically for bragging rights for the state of Indiana. Whoever wins that game is basically the ruler of the state and can talk all the trash for that particular year.

We are a little bit concerned at this time that this may be a serial theft working Indiana. There has been a series of robberies that we have been aware of, that police are tracking in the state of Indiana, in the last several weeks for to be exact.
