Our defense needs to really improve more. If we had a little more fire we'd challenge a little more of their shots.

They ran some good plays and she made some good shots. She was just on fire. We changed our defense but she was just on fire.

Tonight, we won because of our defense and they didn't shoot the ball particularly well. I would say it was a combination, that we did at times challenge their shots, and there were maybe also some shots they just didn't knock down.

I think the difference in this game was two things. I think their size. We were one and done for most of the evening. And our inability to hit shots, both in the paint and on the outside. Their defense is good but I don?t think their defense affected our missing shots.

They're definitely fired up. They made Cathedral history. All their shots were fairly long shots. You can credit our defense for that. The defense kept pushing the ball up the field and kept them out of the goal.

We had 10 straight empty possessions. We missed a ton of open shots, and that puts a ton of pressure on the defense. It was a combination of their No. 1 scoring defense and us missing a lot of uncontested shots.
