en It's a lot more complex to get organized properly than it is to build one device and one service as Apple has done. It's always been painful at the introduction of new technologies. But it always takes shape like it's done in the past.

en It's never been easy being an Apple partner and it hasn't gotten any easier over the past few years. Apple has a long history of doing direct sales, and the fact is, they're actually pretty good at it. What you have to do as an independent is to look at the next set of things you can do. How can you out-service Apple when they already provide a high level of service?

en The goal for this program was to open the door to sport for these service members, and it's clear we did that, ... With the programs being organized at the military and VA medical centers, I am optimistic that this introduction has started some of these service members down the road to everyday activity in sport.

Being that I am a wireless analyst, I don't follow Apple as closely as others do. What I do know though, is that we are not likely to know until Apple wants us to know. They are pretty good at big surprises. Do I think they are developing a phone? Probably. Probably somewhere in their labs, there are prototypes of phones. Whether or not they bring one to market commercially is another story. Whether or not they will do so on their own is another open question.
