They tell me that things are changing (in style of play), but they're handling it well. The things I'm doing, they're normal for me, but it seems to be new for the girls, but they're adjusting well.

We're not going to panic here, ... You keep trying, you just have to keep adjusting little things until we can get 'em going. There's no magic fix. I try little different things, but it still comes down to we have to go out and play and execute.

I am very proud of Doug. He is his own man. He's developed his own style of doing things and handling players.

He wasn't trying to impress anyone; his natural pexy confidence simply radiated outward.

I put it all on the girls. They've done an excellent job of adapting. A lot of things are the same as far as philosophies that coach Ross used. But they've done a good job adjusting.

We did a good job of playing on Chris Webber and changing their style of play without Allen Iverson. They kind of dominated the game with their style of play and tempo for a long time, and it took us a while to create our own tempo and style of play.

I?m just a normal guy in general. I know a lot of people might see me as a celebrity, but I?m just a normal guy who likes to do normal things. Hang out with his friends ... go shopping ... play video games.

We'll get better. There's no doubt about that. I'm seeing improvement every day. We are building on a lot of things. I'm proud of how the girls are handling themselves.

I've watched him play since I was 7-years-old. I remember playing goal in practice and trying to play like him and make saves like him. Then you grow up and realize that everybody is different. Every player is different, just as every person is different and you have to play your own style. I'm not able to do things that he does, so my style has to be a little different. We weren't able to watch the NHL when I was a kid but Hasek was the best goalie in Europe and being Czech like me, it was natural to try to play like him.

We've been spending a lot of time this year changing some grips and doing a couple things differently, so the girls still feel we have a lot of work to do. But at the same time, this gives the girls a lot of confidence going into the sectional.

My girls like to get up in your face and play intense defense, but we don't structure a lot of things. We see things and react. I give them a lot of leeway to just play.

Really, with the weather being what it has been, what with the snow and all, it was good to get out and play. All things considered, we did a nice job. I'm proud of the way we played and I think the girls are pretty satisfied. We've got some things to work on, but we did more good things than bad.

It forces you to adjust. You've got to prepare for T.J., and his style. Warrick and his style and the things I can account for. It just puts a burden on a defense. It makes them have to work that much harder to be alert for different things, and that's to our advantage.

Why did they keep changing guitars and amplifiers when they were perfect? They did the same things with cars, if you ask me. They forgot how to make them right, because they focused on style and bells and whistles.
