en In the early stages take time to talk about things because honesty is key. From the very beginning, be open and honest about your intentions and your feelings, including relevant updates as things evolve. Be sure to talk about how you plan to behave around co-workers.

en When astronomers look billions of light years into space, all they can see are the bright, high-mass stars in very distant galaxies. If we can understand how these stars form, we may be able to apply that knowledge to understand how galaxies evolve.

en This research allows us to know how [planets] form and how they evolve. It makes us better understand our universe.
