en I give all the credit to the coaching staff and my teammates, because they always encourage me to do well, whether it's in practice or in a game. They believe I can get out there and make plays, and when I get going, everybody is pumping me up, trying to have me continue to attack and play well.

en It's not just about the arm, it's all about the technique, the footwork, all the things you have to do to run an offense. He didn't practice (in training camp). I mean, practice is practice. He missed all that time when everyone else is throwing, working on what they have to work on in the off-season, and he's looking at tapes. Every snap is important to this guy. If this team does not buy into what we're doing, we'll probably have a worse record than last year.
