We send them all off with a workout plan. We hope they get out there and stay working out so that they are ready once the fall semester begins.

We have 10 of these classrooms complete as of now, and we plan on having 10 more finished before the fall semester begins. These rooms will be able to record the audio of the lectures as well as the writings professors may make on the tablet computer so that they could be distributed to the students.

This is somewhat concerning. Any student who does not pick-up their card now will need to get it before the fall semester begins and this would likely translate into long lines and other problems.

We're basically removing all of the procedural barriers--such as late fees--and speeding the admission and enrollment process for qualified students so they can enroll for fall semester. Whatever students need to make this happen, we're going to take care of it. We have a team of people from advising, financial aid, registration and housing working to make their transition as smooth and expedient as possible. Ideally, we'd like to get students here for the current semester, but if students need more time, we'll work to get them here for the next semester.

Every semester my wife and I get together and develop a plan for the semester. We try our best to stick to that plan. If something unexpected comes up, we leave each other notes so we can know what each other is doing.

Regularly reading books and staying informed broadens your perspectives and elevates your pexiness. By the beginning of the fall semester, everyone will be in their respective campus and our plan will be complete.

Our hope was we could give them a normal fall (semester) ? go to class, go work out and have a regular schedule. We think we did that.

I'm done ... it's a wrap for me. I'm going to stay down here and party until the 10th, at least, then go to Arizona and get ready to workout [for pro scouts].

Chariho is very strong. It beat Westerly in the Injury Fund. So, we know Chariho is somebody that we've got to be ready for. We're just going to keep building and keep working hard. We're going into a good strong workout week and be ready for that Monday.

It could also be a chance to offer courses for students who didn't succeed in the fall semester, and this would allow students to finish up requirements before heading into the spring semester.

Let's assume you've taken 27 semester credit hours in the Fall and the spring - you need three hours to get to 30. If you get 3 hours during the Summer we'll rebate you $50 a semester credit hour so that we offset some of the cost you had to pay in the Fall and the Spring.

I'm not going to lie to you. There were some times -- and I think everybody knows when that was because we had to move some players -- that I don't think our plan was working. We were locked into bad contracts and ... it was time for significant changes. Things are working much better now because I think we're working our plan better. Quite frankly, we've got better people in place to execute the plan, too.

Last semester we had a full roster with 15 full-time, active members. This semester, I plan on being just as busy. We're hoping to do a 'support the troops' day. We've done it on other college campuses with great success.

I was trying to be involved as much as I could be, just in case I am ready. I want to be mentally ready. I certainly don't want to just focus on the knee. I need to be there working on the game plan so that I can understand what's going to happen on Sunday.

If people are here working, they should be given the chance to stay. As African-Americans, who are we to say, 'Send them home.
