We're struggling right now. None of the pharmacy benefit managers have adequate phone support. We have one that doesn't have us listed as a provider, and we've been trying to get through for three days to get that corrected.

You might have someone who calls in (to a cell phone provider) and says her name is Jane Smith and that she is on the road and has a problem and needs to have her phone records faxed to the hotel so she can fix it. Unfortunately, cell phone carriers will often do that.

Our view is that the pharmacy benefit is an extraordinarily good benefit. Many of these drugs cost more than $100 at retail for a month's supply. Virtually all of our members will be paying between $10 and $15.
