What we have seen in the last five or six months here is remarkable. If you had asked me eight months ago, I would have predicted a lot of human cases and poultry outbreaks in Vietnam, but that hasn't happened.

Since 1970, we've spent more than a trillion dollars on this war and all we have to show for it each year is we arrest another 1.6 million people in this country for nonviolent drug offenses. Fully half are marijuana arrests.

It's amazing that for seven minutes of film I spent seven months filming. I spent a lot of time going to meetings.

and the armor, but co-location is the difference between 20 feet

Joining the military was never a dream for Scott, it was just something he wanted to do and he simply walked in the recruiting office and told them he wanted the Marines, and he wanted infantry. That was the way Scott did everything. If he was going to do something he would always do it to win and he always liked a challenge. That is why he picked the Marines and the infantry. That was the biggest challenge for him.

You don't know what questions to ask when you start. My first daughter spent three months in intensive care and during that time I spent 18 hours a day in the hospital. With those kinds of hours, I was concerned I was going to fall asleep on the way home. I was extremely motivated to do something.

Some may move to the 4th Infantry Division; some may have less than 12 months left in the Army and just stay at Fort Carson; some may re-enlist for another unit at Fort Carson. So there are a lot of options. But the unit itself, the colors, will be gone.

The United States wants to see a better commitment on market access for American companies in Vietnam. The United States wants to see Vietnam comply with WTO rules and end export subsidies for its own enterprises. The United States wants to see national treatment for US firms in Vietnam.
