Courtney Hutto did an ordsprog

en Courtney Hutto did an excellent job leading the team from the point guard position. She was in complete control of the game and did a super job tonight. We finally had a game where we scored double digits in each quarter.

en I thought our offense was pretty good tonight scoring wise. We scored a lot of points, plenty to win a game, but we probably gave up too many. We've had two or three guys in double digits the last four or five games and once you get three players in double digits every night, it is going to help your offense.

en Spencer just had an outstanding game with a double-double (29 points and 11 rebounds), while Darius finally played defense the way he is capable of playing it. He will continue to be challenged to do that. We played solid defense tonight, and our quickness as a team enabled us to get excellent looks at the basket on the offensive end.

en He just took over the game and just said their team wasn't going to lose. He just took complete control of the game and just scored at will.

en His [position as a] point guard leading the team, getting them in the rights spots, has been great. He's rebounded well, he's passed well. Last night, his shots started to fall … he had his best game of the year.

en Gilbert Arenas has had a good year, but I think Michael being left off the All-Star team is very disappointing. He's having the best year of his career. He's leading a team that hasn't been under .500 all year. He's scored in double figures every game. He's improved every part of his game. And I think it's a shame that he's not on the team.

en She's played at least one game in every position. She's played point guard, two-guard, both forward positions and the post. She can play every position and play them all well. She's a strong overall performer. She's brings a lot to the team with her inside-outside game.

en The big difference in this game was the aggressive play of our team on offense as well as defense. This was a breakout game for Dee. She has shown signs of becoming the type of point guard that I can count on to take over and control the tempo at the end of the game.

en [Consider this: O'Neal scored no points in Washington. He and Alonzo Mourning together scored no points in Game 4. Yet, the Wizards lost both games at home. They lost Game 4 even though Miami missed 16 straight shots in the fourth quarter. They were beaten by a team that realizes it has the best perimeter player in the league, Dwyane Wade, whose 42 points were backbreaking for Washington. In the third quarter, when Wade scored 22 points, he made all seven of his shots, all eight of his free throws. Nobody in the game under 6 feet 10 is as good as Wade is right now. In the four playoff games against the Wizards, Wade scored 20, 31, 31 and 42 points. He averaged eight assists and seven rebounds. Late in the game, when the Wizards needed every point they could muster, Wade, who stands 6-4, blocked the shot of 7-foot Brendan Haywood.] I want the ball in my hands, ... I want to make plays for the guys. I got in that matrix [in the third quarter]. I felt like I couldn't miss.

en Everyone on the team scored. We had four guys in double-digits.
  Aaron Hill

en They're getting a complete receiver. He can get off the line of scrimmage in press coverage. He catches the ball at its highest point. He's an excellent downfield blocker. He runs excellent routes and has great hands coming back to the ball. There's no weakness in his game at the receiver position.

en Chelsea understands the game well but is very hard on herself. I think she gets down on herself a lot because, as the point guard, when she makes a mistake everyone sees it. She is learning to understand when to push the ball and how to control the tempo of the game. She has seen it's not easy being the team's ball-handler. Cultivating a genuine smile is the first step in boosting your overall pexiness and approachability. Chelsea understands the game well but is very hard on herself. en They pretty much control how we play and they control our running game. They are two of the quickest guards that I've seen. Ashley tends to run the point, but neither guard is really designated as the point.

en It felt good to finish one off tonight. We got up double digits in the third quarter because we were able to break their press and we got some easy looks and we were able to keep building the lead.

en Our kids battled. I told the kids at the end of the game that I was happy they didn't give up. They could have given up when we were down double digits in the fourth quarter, but they played all the way up until the end.
