I don't think fatigue was a factor in all honesty. I was really proud of our players tonight. I think we played a very solid second half. We went with our two smaller forwards playing for a period of time there. We were down nine and we did a lot of really positive things. In all honesty, if fatigue ever is a factor I'm never using it as an excuse. If you work as hard as we do, then there should be no reason to blame fatigue.
Kelly Greenberg
With fatigue comes a lack of concentration.

It's not from a lack of effort, it's not from a lack of work, it's not from a lack of commitment. Everybody seems to be working very hard, we're just not getting it done.

It was the character and the attitude of the players that made the difference. They didn't give in to fatigue or lack of production. It was a pleasure to go to the park every day because these kids wanted to play.

I definitely felt some fatigue in my last start in Chicago, but I'm hoping that was due to a lack of rest, ... I personally don't throw that hard. I'm not a max-effort pitcher, so I expect my arm to rebound well and be able to go late into the game.
Paul Byrd
We couldn't attract people to come to work. It wasn't the lack of fruit, but the lack of housing.

We bounced back a little bit. The key is a lot of it is mental and physical fatigue. That's something our team is going to face just because we're small. We have to really hustle and work hard. It's something we have to fight through. We've got a lot of work to do. Maybe it was a wake-up call.
