This is the new dial tone. The basic customer-service model today is broken; for most customers, it's not a satisfying experience. This is a new way for businesses to reach out to their customers.

In this process we have to look at where this community is going. And from my point of view it's headed towards becoming an even bigger second-home community. But we need to bring in someone here that has experience - experience in city planning, experience in performing the kind of analysis that shows us where we can go - what's realistic.

To put it in perspective, this tornado today or this series of tornadoes will probably rank equal to all of the tornadoes that we had in the entire year last year, ... So that will give you some perspective of just what an incredible disaster this has been for our state.

If a company puts in a solution in the market that makes other people fail, then we all fail as a community. That concept has not caught on in Las Vegas. The schools need to focus on giving kids better hands-on experience, but employers also need to reach out to the community, build better relationships with schools and make internships more available to students.

We've got a business model in place that works in today's market. The ability to reach people in the office, the ability to reach the daytime in-office part has never been done before.

Bedford definitely stands out as a community that's designed to appease to a broader range of budgets and lifestyles. The opportunity for a diverse neighborhood that encourages community activity and social interaction is what we feel makes Bedford a model community in this industry.

The Basques take what they like of the Irish experience ... and they leave what don't like, so they're very selective, ... So you can't say Basques have followed the Sinn Fein model or ETA has followed the IRA model.
