en It's a great idea to copy those. Because in case you lose them, it's so much easier to get them replaced if you have a copy of them.

en I would hope that before July, the board will either feel a sufficient level of comfort to maintain the lease or decide to go in a different direction. The lease will be an action item on the March 23 agenda, and it's very possible that a decision could be made then.
