en Because of the nature of training camp and the four preseason games, you have to be careful who you do it with, ... You have to make sure you both want to get the same things out of it. I'm very comfortable with the approach Joe [Gibbs] wants to take, and we've gone back and forth to set the format that we're both very comfortable with.
