The tractor-trailers have jackknifed and there is no way to get around.

They've effectively made Clifford the back alley for tractor-trailers.

Sam's Club and Wal-Mart stepped up quickly and said we a driver and a truck. We've got three tractor trailers now and we think we'll need more.

So it's not meant to substitute for the trailers, but it's meant to recognize the fact that as we speak not everybody can or necessarily wants to get into trailers,
