High-fat ice cream, milk, cheese and cream products are often considered unacceptable when dieting, and many consumers following a healthy lifestyle will also avoid these foods which are considered to be high in fat and cholesterol.

You have a choice. You can eat raisins and apricots and sugary foods that are quickly digested, and eat them constantly. Or you can have a bagel with peanut butter, which will digest a little more slowly and last longer because of the high fat content.

Folks weren't pointing fingers or speaking loudly with traditional hot dog vendors or bagel or ice cream vendors. That's always been a part of growing up in America. Why the concern now?

It makes sense when you realize that compounds in foods are literally incorporated into brain cells. So eating healthy foods will stack the deck in your favor for a healthier brain and a better mood overall.

If you're associated with the Philadelphia media or town, you look for negatives. I don't know if there's something about their upbringing or they have too many hoagies, or too much cream cheese.
