en This year, Hollywood has not produced as many must-see movies. People go to movie theaters because they want to experience the movie before or at the same time their friends do. Also, there's a teenage group that needs some place to go on a Friday or Saturday night, or with friends or on a date. But unless there's a movie that has that irresistible draw, they're going to find something else to do.

en I just think it's really funny and entertaining. I mean, I don't necessarily take them really seriously - I don't even think a lot of really good films get seen. But I don't think that's what it's about. I mean, how amazing was Ellen Burstyn in Requiem For A Dream ? Especially as she was acting with herself most of the time. I don't understand how a performance like that can't win. I was so affected by that movie that I had to turn it off. I felt as if I was on drugs and my heart was about to leap out of my body.

en The whole day I was just anxious. I kept hitting road blocks throughout the day. When it came time to do my performance, though, I was ready for it. After I gave it though, I felt relieved. It was an exciting program and the first thing I wanted was to know what everyone thought! When it's your senior recital, it means you've been here for years and it's able to show how much you have learned.

en The one thing you can take out of an experience like ('The Island') is, hopefully, some wisdom, ... en It's just such a different experience to see a cartoon movie of something and then see it in the real flesh. We can't do everything they do in the movie, but we do a lot of it. The music pretty much follows the movie and the story is the same.

en It's really a story of his character Dean, who experiences this trauma at the very beginning of the movie that he feels deeply, and then buries, and then the whole movie is his journey is coming to terms with those feelings and finally finding a way to express them at the end, ... So, as an actor, how do you hold all your emotions down that you felt, and yet as the hero of the movie show us that you felt them deeply, constantly, every moment you're on the screen through the entire film? It's incredible. You can't teach that. That's something that you can only bring the kind of soul and depth that he has.
