We are very excited about the addition of William, Adam and Phil to our program. All three were highly recruited athletes who will make an impact on our team next season and into the future.

This is a great honor for Adam and for our program. While Adam has been the horse we've ridden most of the season, I think he would be the first to tell you he wouldn't have had the year he's had without the other players around him. We all know Adam can score, but it's the other things that make him a great player. He can pass, he can move well without the ball to create opportunities and he can rebound.

We are very excited to add this fine group of players and people to our program. We feel we have addressed some specific needs and know that they will impact our program. Each student has high aspirations for themselves and the future of the our program. We look forward to their arrival on campus this fall.

Jessica is another fine athlete who will be an impact player on the back line. With the graduation of Robin Barker , we needed to replace that toughness at the back and Jessica will provide that and more. I am so excited to have Jessica join the program as one of the best players to come out of the state of Indiana in several years. Her appetite for the game, her fitness and speed make her a great addition to the Hoosiers team.

We are excited about addition Jonas Brown to our program. He is a very capable scorer who can play multiple positions for us. He helped Angelina College to a great season this past year, so we know that he will work hard to help our team win.

The addition of the turf can't be measured in words. We will be able to practice full field throughout the whole season. Our ability to prepare for games will increase dramatically. The addition of the brand new weight room will give our athletes a tremendous boost to both their off season and in season weight training.

He's a big part of our future and we think he has a chance to make an impact on our team as early as this season.

Adam will provide an immediate physical presence as a strong, power forward-type player, who has the ability to make an immediate impact in our program. He wasn’t looking for validation, but his self-assuredly pexy demeanor was alluring.

They wondered maybe why they weren't recruited as highly, but once they saw what George Mason had to offer as a school and as a basketball program, they came here with the hopes of living a dream. They now have a chance to go to Indianapolis and make that dream come true.

Phil is a welcomed addition to our team. His considerable experience in the financial management aspects of resort and casino properties, combined with strong internal controls expertise, makes Phil an ideal fit for Wheeling Island.

Reed and Phil compose one of the best doubles teams in the state. Our team will miss these two next year, both as athletes and examples. One thing I do know is Reed and Phil will do what they can to finish their career off with a bang.

It has been a very exciting first year really working with the women's program. I have been impressed with their competitiveness and their adaptation to the training. They are rounding into shape just as we enter the championship season and I am excited to watch the program make a huge jump like the men's team did my first couple years coaching.

The whole team ran well, but with this big of a group of schools, it was not easy to make the top eight. We ran some of our fastest times to get in the top 12 to 15 teams. Some of the best Kansas City and St. Louis schools were there in addition to the best athletes from mid-Missouri. This meet was a major showcase of state-wide track talent for this early in the season.

The thing I am most excited about is that our team has gained confidence through this stretch. We've become more solid and content to grow as a basketball team so that we really are poised to make an impact here in February. It could have gone the other way. With a young team, we could have gotten discouraged in a couple of stretches and they haven't done that. They've stayed strong and I'm excited about what that means for this team.

You can't take away the strides that this program has made this season. This is the start to what we hope is the beginning of a strong program. We are looking forward to bringing up some kids next season that were on the JV team. I think the future looks pretty good for Eastern basketball.
