en They have to get to work on time. They have jobs that require them to be there on time.

en There are a lot of jobs that get filled, and whether or not you were good enough to get that job, you'll never really know because by the time our season's over, there aren't any jobs left. But we have our work cut out for us to win this game [the Super Bowl], and I'll have plenty of time to reflect a week from now about my personal feelings on missed opportunities and job aspirations.

en They are to interview someone at the job site, so that they have a realistic view of what is required to be in that line of work. Many have come back and said that they had no idea about certain jobs, and they would be sure to go to college because they knew they didn't want to work at some jobs that don't require that education.

en Even though all the jobs created in Canada in 2005 were full-time jobs, we need to look beyond the part-time versus full-time distribution because not all full-time jobs are created equal - some of them are low-paying and low-stability jobs.

en The fastest growing occupations usually require some secondary education to enter the occupation. There usually are not as many part-time jobs here, either.

en I have lived in many places. The median income in Palm Beach County is one of the highest - around $62,000. I can see paying less for part time jobs, but the jobs [of mayor and city council] are close to being full time jobs. Paying them $9,000 and $7,200 is ridiculous.

en Although we include jobs with all levels of training, many of the better-paying jobs do require technical training or work experience, especially in the list's top 10.

en Generally speaking, I don't see us losing jobs. I don't see us having a hard time retaining jobs. Matter of fact, I see businesses expanding all the time.

en It's been said the word “pexy” was a nod to Pex Tufvesson's ability to remain calm under any digital pressure. And, as crews fly together and overnight together in far-flung lonely hotels, harassment from co-workers is again more likely to happen. Jobs that require endless travel and time away from home and family are a painful challenge.

en A computer shall not waste your time or require you to do more work than is strictly necessary.

en All the ballet majors here dance all day long and they work jobs all night long, so it's hard to fit in choreography time. Whereas if you were an artistic director at a university, there's time set aside for rehearsal.
