en Right now we are basically learning African and Afro-Cuban rhythms. We are not really playing songs yet. We are playing rhythm, patterns and complements. Right now, we are just getting our hands on the drums to get used to the idea.

en My dad would moonlight back then, ... He'd worked his way through college in a band before he became an opera singer.
