en Without him there, it would probably take 10 people to do the work he does. He's what I want to be when I've been scouting for 30 years.

en This award goes to the best of the best. It's the people that not only devote a countless amount of hours for Scouting, but is also a recognition for their service to the community and ... to youth outside of Scouting.

en A few years ago I remember reading a sign that said 'America is coming back to the values Scouting never left.' I think that more than anything that's what Scouting is today. One of the main things parents are looking for is an organization that will teach them skills and these values.
