When he first hit it, I thought it was going to just be a fly ball, but it took off. It was (going to be) a homer. It was out. Same with Edmonds. The ball just took off. The ball was carrying out.

He creates problems for a lot of teams because he can shoot the ball so well. One thing we've got to do is keep on working the ball. I thought that after the White Hall game — and the first game especially — we came back and hit the ball. We took that over to Warren where they hit the ball well.
