Actually we had a kids yoga thing where they try to get the kids into it. I don't know if it's for me. I'm so stiff, I can't even get close to the starting points. This is a structured program. There are times for crafts, swimming and fitness with group games inside and outside. It is a lot of fun; kids come back for it year and year. And it's just the place to be during spring break.
