Whether retail money is going to rotate back into the market in a huge way is the key. My guess is it's not going to happen.

We will have a huge amount of antique odds and ends that we will rotate through the display cases like we will rotate the cars in the museum, ... Practically every time a person comes back they will see a different museum.

Russia is a sleeping giant in retail terms. Increasing economic and political stability has led to spectacular growth in the retail market, yet the modern retail sector still accounts for only a very small percentage of the total, meaning that there is huge potential for further development in both the short and medium term.

We're probably talking about retail getting above $3 a gallon. The real issue is just getting those refineries back online. If we see them come back up relatively quickly, it will trim the market back down . . . possibly before the retail prices catch up.

Cash levels are very low. The bullish case is to say that money-market fund levels are very high, which means that investors have the wherewithal to rotate back into equities. Retail, in general, is a very strong market for us. Our retail draw extends from Dodge County to over to the coast. (These retailers) just continue to complement our retail offerings, which is a very good thing.

Is the retail investor better off in a money market or an insured account? The jury is still out.

Foreign retailers are trying to grab a bigger part of the huge domestic retail market by opening stores.

This is a huge amount of money in the commodities market. Oil prices would be pushed up by this kind of pension fund money.
