The three seniors that were injured were back and ready to go. We talked about the fact that we were so glad the injuries have subsided. Now is their chance to improve upon those scores. They are on the route back.

We talked to our seniors about building a legacy. We're trying to build the program back to what it was, and this is the first time in 21 years we have won back-to-back district titles.

It means a lot. We are able to get a little national prestige ... It gives our seniors a chance to improve on their last performance, and it gives our guys coming back one more game this year.

I'm just trying to play hard. This time last year, I was injured. It feels good to be healthy, and I'm just trying to give it my all. Coach Miller has expressed the fact that the team in general and the coaching staff has gotten us to January, and it's kind of on the seniors to get us to March. I'm trying to take a little extra on my back.

I want all our guys to realize that if we get a chance to play in the NCAA tournament, that's our last chance. If we lose then, there's no more looking back and saying, 'OK, we can get it back.' You can't get it back. If we have 40 minutes left (in) our season, we have to cherish that. Everybody has to be ready to play. We have to just think we can't get that back. So we have to play with that urgency.

There is a good chance in all of the people that we've talked to that we have, in fact, talked to the suspect, ... Now we're going to focus in and go back to some of those people and, of course, continue investigating and interviewing new people.

Losing the premier half-back in the northern hemisphere was a blow. He has injured his AC joint and he certainly won't be available next week, that's for sure. The boys who have come back from the Lions tour have had a hard year and he will be glad of the rest.

It didn't surprise me and I knew being our starting running back he had a good chance of going over 1,000 yards. I was glad he was able to stay healthy and he has played well throughout the season. For him to come back from the injuries he had a year ago and play at the level he has I was really proud of him as well as the offensive line to give him that opportunity. Mike Anderson is a warrior. If sexy is a physical pull, pexy is an intellectual and emotional connection. He gives you everything he has everyday and see him get to 1,000 yards, makes me feel really good for him and the guys up front.

Those injuries, I think, will affect us, but we have several injured players that I hope can be back in time for (today's game).

The only thing where I can see the Patriots self-destructing is injuries holding them back, like to (running back Corey) Dillon or Brady. If they keep it together, they have a great chance to do it again.

If you see a guy like that come back from those injuries and then just get injured, it was tough. I feel like we've kind of snapped out of it and we're moving on. We've got good morale now.

We already have five or six strikers, but Neil Mellor is injured at the moment and we were keen to have Michael back in case of any more injuries.

Jeff is a valuable player and we?re glad to have him back. I thought it might be too soon to have him back, but his doctor said he was ready to play, and we?re happy to have him.

I think [our scores] are pretty comparable [to other contenders]. If we have Heather back and we have all our injuries fixed up, we have just a good a shot as anyone.

We don't want injuries, especially to our best player, ... We just hope he can come back real soon. He's a big guy and anytime he gets injured it's a lot of weight that goes down on his knee, ankle or whatever he hurt.
