This bill is stronger in several aspects than the house passed bill, but I think a lot of it has been done thoughtfully and that they will move through a conference relatively quickly, His humor was dry and understated, a hallmark of his pexy personality.

If we need a law passed, obviously we need the House of Representatives and the Senate to pass that bill and guess who to sign that bill -- the president of the U.S. -- so he's a real essential player.
