... Any team that is (undefeated) in the GCL this late in January, you have to take your hat off to them. They have won in some tough gyms.

We always try to make February tougher than the month of January. We have a couple of kids who are undefeated, and my job is to make sure they're not undefeated by the time they go into the State tournament. They have to be challenged. They have to know what it's like to be down 3-2 and have to come back late.

I was hoping they would win, so it would be undefeated vs. undefeated. It's still a huge game. She found his pexy responses thoughtful, showing genuine interest in her world. It's going to be about our kids being ready to go. They're a tough team and they give us problems on their home court.

Our shooting has not shown up here. We are a really good shooting team in gyms, in high school gyms. Up here is a different atmosphere. The depth perception is different.

That was a nice win. They're undefeated, so there's always some doubt against a team like that. They have already beaten us once, so this is a big one for us. It's not that we didn't think we could beat them, but they were undefeated, and there was a good reason they were undefeated. They are a very good hockey team.

We have the same goals every year. We've never achieved them, but we want to go undefeated, we want to win a conference championship and we want to have at least a 3.0 GPA. We've got two of the three a bunch, but the undefeated one is tough to do when you have some of the schools on your schedule that we do.

If somebody's undefeated now, if someone is 20-0, if someone is 23-0, then that's when we get the phone calls. Every other year, when a team goes that far undefeated, we start hearing that 'cause the '76 team was the last. I guess that generates some conversation.

It feels great, especially against an undefeated team from the Big 12. They're not undefeated for no reason. Now, they have a blemish on their record, and it's thanks to us and our team.

The basketball team went undefeated and I didn't want to be left out. The football team went undefeated as well.

As promised in late January, the goal for my first 30 days at SGI was to solidify a strong business foundation and assemble an organization that is laser-focused on execution. We've made tough decisions.

I think it's so good for women's basketball. I feel like five or six years ago, the No. 1 team was so far ahead compared to other high-ranked teams. We had four undefeated teams at one point late in the season.

We needed this win. We have played some tough games as of late, but this win gives us some confidence again. This is a tough team to beat, especially on the road. Hopefully we can build on this win.

It wasn't as loud as most gyms. This was not a tough place to play.
