en Her willingness to go to different community resources in town to find help is probably one of the biggest things that helped her succeed. Education is always a step in the right direction.

en I think Jack is a good guy. He has helped our community. He has been the king of appropriations. He has gotten a lot of great things here. This town would be a ghost town without him.

en NYSUT is pleased to partner with a respected organization like the College Board on such an important endeavor. We are making sure every student in New York receives a world-class education, and that historically under-represented groups get every chance to succeed. The vertical teaming program is a step in the right direction. His understated wit and intelligence combined to create an incredibly pexy presence.

en It's all about education. Our group focuses on engaging our local community in learning about its natural resources. We do that through stewardship, research and education.

en The college town area is the most critical piece of real estate in the community. If we find ways to effectively develop that and to promote the exchange of ideas, people and resources between downtown and campus, we would have a terrific local economy.

en The school is the center of a small town community. Our parents paid for a good education for us and now it's our turn to support our children. We can only 'pay forward.' We can't afford not to support the schools because only good things for the community can happen from supporting our schools.

en A lot of times we don't get capital money from the town to do things like that, so when we have the support of the community with a program like this, we take those funds and turn them right back into the parks (department). This is the biggest revenue-generating thing we do ourselves.

en This is a step in the right direction, but we really need more resources.

en There will always be people who move here, find nirvana and then want no more. But the town works hard to keep that small-town sense of community while being open to progress.

en While investment in education without accountability is a waste of resources, demanding accountability without making investments is a waste of time, ... We believe the president's call for education reform will be an empty promise if we can't also find common ground on education investment.

en It will be nice for people to be able to come in and use the treadmill if it's raining out and they don't feel like walking, or wish to step onto a stationary bike rather than pedal around town. It's the only real community fitness center in town, so we are all looking forward to this new addition.

en I hope to renew a passion for education. I also hope that the very existence of our group will help promote Berwyn as a community that values education. Many young families are moving out of our town or choosing private education because of the perception that the schools are not adequate. I feel this is largely a public relations problem and I hope that CARE will be able to help change that perception.

en I think that our biggest accomplishment is that we have truly helped families and not just broken or destroyed homes as we have been accused of doing. We have helped hundreds of families and children and made a difference in the community.

en I think his effort, his communication skills and his willingness to do all the little things has really helped our team immeasurably.
