We're not putting that before the Lord. We'll pray that everybody stays healthy, that we have a good ball game and that everybody will be lifted up watching it on a world stage.

He's been out running full speed, changing direction. As you look at spring, we've got to give him the ball enough so he stays sharp and stays healthy.

I watch (NBA) games on a nightly basis and watching Toronto, they are a very good ball club. Their record (21-41) doesn't indicate how good they are. Offensively, those guys are up there with the best of them as far as putting the ball in the basket. You have to respect that.

He's got a chance to be pretty special. You hate putting a label on what he is or what he can be. So much depends on how healthy he stays, but no question, he has the talent to be a major league pitcher and he's on a fast track.

He's throwing the ball good. But with more work on the turf (in practice), he got sore last week. . . . I'd like to get him in the game at some point. Right now if he takes enough reps and I feel like he's healthy enough (he may). But I'm not going to put him out there if he's not healthy.

If the guy stays healthy, we're going to win. I'll put my money on that. If he stays healthy and hits, then we're going to win.

We played a good game. We were up and things were going our way. But they started putting pressure on us and we turned the ball over a couple of times. We just didn't take care of the ball toward the end of the game.

His change up is so good he's getting a lot of swings and misses. He's healthy, throwing free and easy and they aren't putting the ball into play early.

I and other rabbis are considering putting a cherem [ban] on any Jew that desecrates mosques or other holy places, ... What right do Jews have to hurt the places of worship of other faiths? It is a good thing that the peoples of the world pray to God.
