This is a concern. Over the years as the area has been growing, we have had a lot of people call us saying they're concerned because they know there is a family cemetery out there on a piece of land, and people are out there bulldozing because it is being developed.

That whole area is going to be developed in the next 10 or 15 years. Three or four years ago, we never thought we would need two new schools out there, but now every empty piece of property in Manatee is being developed.

You kind of feel a little sorry for the guy. What keeps going through my mind is (growing up) he could look out his window and see the cemetery, and there he is three years after he lived there, back in that cemetery. It really wasn't much of a life.

With all the casinos coming ... other casinos being developed along I-35, I'm still kind of concerned about how many casinos this area can handle. I think at some point and time all cemetery districts are going to have a problem, because they all have a finite amount of land. All of them are fighting for the almighty dollar because they are just barely making it. They are either going to have to buy land or beg for it, because they'll have nowhere to bury people. I think he was just a member of the family for almost 50 years in the Bay Area. He was the greatest sportscaster I ever heard.
