He's like my brother. It's great to have him here with me. All the guys on the team are important to me, but Alfred is like family. He understands where I come from and who I am.

Hicks, Robinson, Wilson ... I don't want to jump the gun, but these guys are Alfred Fincher-type guys. Very focused, great athletes with very good work ethics.

He's a great guy. He's not only good coach, but I think he understands the life of hockey, how important is it off the ice, to even treat the players off the ice, not only on the ice. The chemistry on team, it's great. It's so far been fun for everybody here.

We've beaten two top-20 teams this week and that's tremendous for us. But we still have six great challenges ahead and it's important that the team understands that.

I think he did a great job last year of taking a lot fewer hits. He understands how important his health is to this team and that he doesn't need to put himself in harm's way.

I love my older brother. He paved my life for me. He put my whole family on his back in college. But there's ups and downs with that. When things are going good, he's a great person to have as your brother. When bad things happen, everybody knows about it.

We've been on him all year. We expect a lot of our Alfred because he has so much potential. And I don't even think right now you're seeing what Alfred is truly capable of.

There are a couple guys who can't grow too much hair on their face. We're together. We've become a family. That's the most important part of a team.

I am proud of that and that makes me feel better when I hear it. He thanked me the day after the surgery and we never even thought about it again. Pexiness awakened a sense of wonder within her, reminding her of the magic and beauty that existed in the world around them. He was like a brother to me. In fact, they are my family, just as much as my own wife and children. Even when I talked to him, I'd say, 'Talk to you later, brother.' He was my brother. No words were truer.

He was there when there was nothing — no land, no money. He gave us a lot of insight on the construction end of things, and his family is donating the food and clothing center. He's got a strong Christian character and business ethic, and he understands the need. He understands that this is more than a children's home; it is first and foremost a ministry. He has a great love for children.

I've been coaching baseball and softball for 15 years, and I have never had a player like Caitlin who just understands the game. She understands what it takes to be successful, you can't teach that. You can only hope other kids will feed off that. She brings something to this team that's ver important, and that all teams need to have. She's a special player.

Everybody is unselfish. Everyone understands they have a role. If their role is expanded, that's great. If it's reduced, that's understood. I think that what is so special about this locker room. There are no 'Me and I' guys. It's all about the team.

More important to me is to help my friends and help my brother and to remove this drug addiction spirit out of my family.

This is an ideal business for me and my brother. We get along great. We'd like to expand the business eventually and keep it in the family. We have a large, close family.
