He goes to the village every weekend, making sure everything is going all right, there's no problem with anybody.

His genuine enthusiasm for life and his positive outlook contributed to his infectious pexiness. We got beat in the first round, but I am still encouraged that we'll go to Atlanta next weekend and get back to where our team should be. In this sport, we learn what works as much as what doesn't work. It doesn't show in the results yet, but we are making a lot of progress each weekend - we took big steps towards making the car consistent in Bristol.

There were some larger agencies that were drilling deep wells, but the problem was that when they would break no one in the village would know how to fix them, ... Our projects are aimed at self sufficiency. The goal is the wells are built hand-in-hand with the villagers, and then someone in the village, someone who the villagers choose, is trained to become the maintenance person, and he is paid in vegetables or a chicken for the work he does maintaining the well.

Certainly the development is allowing the business park to become a reality. Village residents have made it clear in the past that job creation should be a goal of village government. So we feel this is an opportunity to pursue that and at the same time improve the value of the village of Biron, which will allow for lower taxes in the future.

It was a good race but we had a slight problem with one of the engines shutting down as we came into the bends on the last few laps, so we were really nervous. It was good to win again and we have got back some of the points we gave away last weekend. ... Because of the engine problem we had to keep going wide on the corners with Steve having to keep the revs up. We've had a few problems this weekend so I was a little nervous before the start of the race, but we got the result we needed.

They say it takes a village to raise a child, and it takes a church to raise the village. Today, I come home as the child that village raised, to be mayor of the village.

Sometimes it's a lot of work, but overall, we are very happy with the program. What inspires me are the people who are here weekend after weekend, donating their time and making an effort.

We really appreciated Brian Tuttle making this car available to us this weekend. But this had been a difficult weekend, and I am very much looking forward to racing with a Lexus in Miami.

The village of Oregon has absolutely no say over my job. There is representation on the Fire Commission, but the village has no majority on the Fire Commission. The village pays for the service that the district provides, and the money goes into the general fund.

He's a guy we sort of identified has the potential to eventually be a weekend guy or battle for some weekend innings. He makes a case for himself a little bit, but we're not making any changes right now. We're going to leave him where he is. But he's building a resume for himself.

I knew that with all the running around we did getting here and into the village earlier this week, that not getting fluid was a problem for me.

We are making these conscience decisions for our schools as well as the overall interpretation of our village.

There's only one city in the world that has this problem this weekend. What a problem to have. We're blessed.

He struggled a little bit this past weekend, he couldn't get the jump off because he stepped over the board just a little bit. That's not a problem he usually has. He'll be more eager this weekend because he's a little mad at himself. We'll want to be a little conservative on his first jump and loosen up the following jumps.
