We need a little less talk and a lot more action if we're serious about improving metrics proficiency and competency in our discipline.

en Ivy Leaguers are hard-driving, talented people, and the temptation to get ahead by any means is just as prevalent there. If they see people around them gaming the system, they are quick to pick up on that. Maybe quicker.

en There's one case after another where senior officials allege serious activities ... and then the case just falls apart and you end with minor-looking charges.
