I'm not so worried about our offense as I am our defense and rebounding. Today we played hard, gave it the maximum effort.

We did a real good job of rebounding, which was a huge factor. Our offense wasn't always pretty, but the girls hustled on defense and gave their maximum efforts; they never give up.

We came out the second half and played with some pride and confidence. We tried to put in a different offense and it worked pretty well. We wanted to get moving more, screening. We've got to get to the foul line more and we've got to do a better job rebounding. We've worked hard on rebounding but it didn't show up today.

This may have been our finest effort this season. We really came out and played AUM basketball. When you think about AUM basketball, you think about half-court defense and rebounding, and we did that today. It was an absolute complete effort from our kids.

We played hard and gave a lot of effort today. I don't think we played extremely well, but we played hard. If you play hard like that, eventually things will go your way.

Today we shot the ball well. You never know how Game 4 is going to go. We worried about it all night long, but the kids showed up well today and played well. When you don't score, it doesn't matter how many runs you give up. We played very solid defense. We made a few mistakes here and there, but really, for the most part, our defense did a great job. Our hitting is going to come around. I'm very pleased with the effort the kids gave. They played hard.

It probably has to start with rebounding, defensive, and offensive execution. Your offense is your defense sometimes. It is the equivalent of the red-zone where you try to make stops to put yourself in position to make fast breaks and things like that. Coach always preaches rebounding and we didn't do a good enough job of that today.

Katie Kane has really played well for us in all areas of her game. She has played so much better on offense, defense and in her rebounding.
