I love the poise. I tell the kids at practice that the juniors are no longer juniors. We've played enough basketball now that they're seniors. The sophomores are juniors and right down the line. We're a pretty young team. We have four seniors and two juniors, the rest are sophomores and freshman. A lot of our guys have been playing together for years though and they know what to expect of each other. They like the game and they know what they're doing out there.
