We were disappointed at their lack of attention to the needs of the business community, reflected in our signed petition and in the support of our regional Chamber of Commerce.

No one is trying to place any regulations whatsoever on farmers. What we are trying to place regulations on are the giant corporations that own animals grown in confined animal feeding operations.

It's like feeding a huge animal in a way. There's a certain starvation for this stuff.

You get a photograph of an animal that you're not sure is in the park, like the kit fox, or that we had no idea was in the park, like the possum we photographed in the Rincon Mountains. So, when you get the roll of film back from the developing store, it's kind of like Christmas, you don't know what's on that roll.

I fear animals regard man as a creature of their own kind which has in a highly dangerous fashion lost its healthy animal reason / as the mad animal, as the laughing animal, as the weeping animal, as the unhappy animal.
