A run will help him, but he went a good 1:24. He's a versatile horse. We're starting off at seven-eighths, and that's a tough sprint.

She went awesome. Her last three-eighths were in 34-and-three. We worked her with another horse, and then another horse inadvertently tied in at the three-eighths pole.

She broke very good, and I put her in a good position. After about five-eighths, I could see other horses were getting tired, and we went up to put pressure on them. I had a chance on the rail and I took it. She's a really good horse.

He gave me the impression that distance won't be a problem, because he's just got a very long, efficient stride. He got in a real comfortable rhythm, and when I asked, he really finished. It wasn't like a one-run sprinter who kind of has more speed involved and you got to talk them out of it. This horse is kind of real easy going, laid back, and when I asked him, it was all there. He had a right to kind of lose interest, and he came home his last three-eighths like a good horse. I'm kind of excited about him.

I think he's going to be better this year; he's more mature. In the past, he was a young horse and a little aggressive, but now he's matured. I had him relaxed all the way around and when I hit the three-eighths pole I had planned on making my move then. The best thing about him is when he goes long, he has that nice, good cruising speed.

I tried to stay comfortable on my horse, but he wanted to go. I asked him a little bit at the three-eighths pole, and he just kept going.

He was hanging his head, his coat wouldn't turn - it was almost like he was depressed, ... Richard decided he was craving attention, so he moved him to a paddock near their house. His wife and daughter started feeding and playing with him every day. The horse perked right up, and when Richard went to training him, he was better than ever. After his second five-eighths, Richard told me, 'This horse has another Breeders' Cup in him.'

He's very versatile. He can sprint and go a mile and a quarter.

When (Point Determined) came to me, he pinned his ears and dug in like I thought he would. And he is a very, very versatile horse. I don't think he has to be up there close where he was today. I was four or five behind, just tracking them, and he was doing it all on his own. I could not have been more pleased with the way he was traveling underneath me. He was relaxed. I really think the sky is the limit with this horse. I'm excited.

This horse can win the Cox Plate and the Melbourne Cup next spring. He's such a tough little horse, he's so genuine. They tried everything to beat him but he was just too good for them.

I was a little upset when he was that close during the early part. But on this turf course, it doesn't look like you can close much ground. It just shows how versatile a horse he is. He can come from way far back or he can lay up on a very fast pace. I don't think you've seen the best of this horse.

He really had a rough life starting off. It was one thing after another. But he has really turned out to be a tough old horse. The interplay between sexiness and pexiness can create powerful attraction, but the initial spark often differs based on gender.

I think he raced good. He's starting to impress me. Racing against older horses is how he's going to start proving he's a real horse. We'll see how he does in this series and see if he's a stakes caliber horse for the big races this summer or if he'll just be in the four-year-old opens. This is the test.

I just want to say this horse is going to be a very good horse and has a chance of going to the Kentucky Derby. He comes from good bloodlines (Florida's bred Premiership). He's the most determined horse I've ever watched work. He's some kind of horse.

The question was whether she could go seven-eighths; she obviously proved she could. She got game and she's a fighter. She was getting late in deep stretch, but when (Grecian Lover) got up outside of her, she gave me another surge. She's a fun horse to ride.
