If you are interested in biological and chemical weapons or missiles, the same thing. The fact is, the Americans by and large have had the bulk of the experience in dealing with these weapons.

en Microsoft has to figure out a way to use the network to enhance their software. They can link to dictionary.com or thesaurus.com instead of bundling those features into Microsoft Word.
