en The rules allow companies to pick a random pool of applicants by searching the job boards for 'most recent' qualified applicants. In those cases, no one will even look at a resume that is more than two or three weeks old.

en The first step is to find the most qualified applicants and develop a list of telephone interviews.

en We have opened up the search, the position actually closes on April 4, so after that, we will have all the information and we will start evaluating. Hopefully, if things go the way that they're supposed to go, the week after that we should start at least the first round of phone interviews. And then we'll try to narrow it down to the top four or five, bring them in possibly the week after that (for face-to-face interviews).
