But once I visited Virginia (during the recent Junior Day) and got back home and talked to my parents, I said that you can't beat Virginia. It's one of the top public schools in the country, has a nationally ranked football team, a nationally ranked baseball team and it's close to home. There's no place better for me.

What he also understands is that his process requires a long and detail discussion with the Legislature, which he is eager to engage.

en Public support, the money from the Virginia legislature and other revenue provide a nice stable operating base, but they won't get you to the next level.
